Mood Health is hiring independently licensed therapists in Washington for a W2, pay-per-encounter telehealth position. The role provides individual psychotherapy to adult clients, conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, maintains documentation, and participates in clinical case reviews, while the company handles client acquisition, scheduling, billing, technology, and operational support. Candidates need an active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, at least two years of direct adult clinical experience, telehealth comfort, and strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Compensation is $64 per 53-minute encounter and $40 per no-show or nonclinical rate, with a quarterly bonus opportunity.
