Description
Valle del Sol is hiring a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) to support its Opioid Treatment Program. The role dispenses methadone according to OTP protocols, monitors and documents patient health, coordinates care with physicians and behavioral health providers, educates patients, maintains EHR records, supports crisis intervention, and performs clinic maintenance and inventory tasks. Applicants must hold an Arizona LPN or RN license, have BLS certification and required vaccinations, be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, and work at a Valle del Sol office or clinic as directed.
