Lakes Region VNA and Hospice is hiring a full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in home health settings across the Barnstead–Laconia and Wolfeboro–Tamworth regions. The role supports activities of daily living, vital-sign monitoring, mobility, feeding, documentation, infection control, and emotional support under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, current and valid New Hampshire LNA certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; home health experience is preferred.
