InHome Therapy is hiring a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Clinton County. The role includes evaluating mobility, strength, and function; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining home health documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, mileage reimbursement, paid training and mentorship, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Compensation is paid per visit, with evaluation visit rates ranging from $60 to $75, and benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.
