Homeside Rehab is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists for home-health services in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing skilled therapy interventions, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, documenting care, and collaborating with the clinical team. The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, flexible availability, day and evening shifts, and pay of $65–$80 per hour. An active Pennsylvania OT or PT license, computer proficiency, communication skills, independent home-health work ability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required; pediatric experience and at least one year of experience in home health, outpatient, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility settings are preferred.
