Description
The Assistant Eyeglass Manager oversees daily store operations, including sales and profit goals, retail budgets, inventory, merchandising, promotions, quality standards, and customer service. The role supervises Opticians, CL Sales associates, and sometimes Receptionists; coaches associates; supports staffing and recruiting; and mentors Apprentice Opticians. Applicants must maintain an optical license, have optical sales experience, and be ABO and NCLE certified, with supervisory experience preferred.
