Description
The Physical Therapist Assistant performs physical therapy treatments and related duties under the supervision of a staff physical therapist or clinical director. The role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and Alabama Board of Physical Therapy licensure; prior experience is not required but desired, and COVID vaccination is preferred. The position is full-time at 32–40 hours per week and involves patient treatment, home-program instruction, equipment maintenance, patient and family counseling, incident documentation, and supervision of rehab technicians.
