Description
Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rockville, Maryland. The role provides skilled therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, documents patient progress in EMR systems, and collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams to promote patient independence and mobility. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain one; new graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. The position offers approximately $30–$40 per hour, full benefits, continuing education support, licensure assistance, and potential sign-on or relocation support.
