Relient Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a permanent placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, West Virginia. The role provides therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist, develops and implements treatment plans, documents patient progress in EMR systems, and collaborates with multidisciplinary staff to promote patient independence and mobility. Applicants need graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and a current West Virginia license or eligibility to obtain one; new graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. Compensation is estimated at $27–$32 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, continuing education support, and licensure assistance.
