Shrub Oak International School is hiring an on-site Physical Therapist to provide pediatric physical therapy for autistic children, adolescents, and young adults with complex needs. The role includes comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, mobility and functional independence interventions, adaptive equipment and assistive technology, interdisciplinary collaboration, family consultation, staff coaching, and crisis prevention. The position requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, at least one year of pediatric experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced residential school environment.
