Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, coordinates assigned staff, administers medications and treatments, documents resident conditions, supports care planning, and responds to medical emergencies. The role works under Registered Nurse supervision, requires Wisconsin LPN licensure and CPR and First Aid certification, and offers full-time and part-time schedules with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus.
