Resorts at Pooler, Georgia's premier Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM). The LPN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, record vitals, document progress, collaborate on care plans, participate in multidisciplinary conferences, maintain accurate records, and assist residents with daily living activities like bathing and dressing.
