Team Select Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty home health care, providing one-on-one skilled nursing to medically complex pediatric and adult patients in their homes. The role includes administering medications and treatments, educating families, documenting care, monitoring patient changes, and working under the direction of an RN. New graduates are welcome and receive structured training and mentorship. The position offers flexible scheduling, PRN and full-time options, and pay of $23.00 to $35.00 per hour.
