Duncaster is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality care to residents in an assigned neighborhood under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The role includes documenting care, administering medications, following physician orders, evaluating care plans and MDS, completing admission and discharge procedures, coordinating resident and staff care, and maintaining a safe environment. The position requires a current Connecticut LPN license and two years of full-time clinical nursing experience, with geriatric nursing knowledge preferred. Three shifts are offered, with pay of $35.00 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.
