Description
Lanessa Extended Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Responsibilities include meeting nursing and rehabilitation needs, maintaining care plans, following physician's orders, transcribing orders, reviewing patient records, documenting nursing notes, evaluating resident needs, administering medication, reporting findings, initiating emergency procedures, demonstrating safety techniques, and contributing to a positive work environment.
