Description
Part-time hourly Licensed Practical Nurse position at Memory Care Center at Emerald in Claremore, Oklahoma, providing direct nursing care in a memory care center with some skilled nursing. The LPN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, maintain documentation, assist with individualized care plans, support residents and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team while following facility policies and safety/infection control requirements.
