Moorings Park is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-hour overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care; documents conditions and nursing needs; administers medications and treatments; initiates physician orders; communicates with families; coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers; and directs nursing assistants during emergencies. The position requires an accredited practical or vocational nursing degree, an active Florida LPN or LVN license, active Florida CPR certification, and one year of long-term care facility experience.
