Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will support behavioral health members through health and wellness services, medication monitoring, screenings, referrals, care coordination, education, documentation, and multidisciplinary team collaboration. The role works Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, requires an LPN license and a PA license from an accredited program, and prefers three years of experience with psychiatric and forensic populations.
