Description
The Win West Women’s Shelter is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at $37.30 per hour. The role reports to nursing leadership and the shelter’s program director, manages client medications and medication systems, provides nursing screenings, health education, medication teaching, and support for chronic health conditions, and assists with tele-psychiatry and primary care clinic coverage. A New York State LPN license is required; experience working with homeless individuals is preferred, along with strong communication, client and staff-interaction, and Microsoft Office skills.
