Description
RHD is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-call/per diem schedule in Pennsylvania. The role provides nursing oversight and care for program participants, including medication administration, wound and tracheostomy care, health assessments, resident education, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Required qualifications include a current Pennsylvania LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, Act 33/34 clearances, FBI clearance as required, required licensure training, and completion of a physical exam, TB test, and Hepatitis B titer. Preferred experience includes behavioral health, residential, or community-based healthcare and electronic medical records or medication administration systems.
