Crossroads Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing leadership and clinical support for adolescents and young adults in a residential treatment setting. The role covers health and wellness, medication administration and safety, psychiatric coordination, infection control, medical documentation, staff education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates need a nursing degree or certificate, a current and valid New Jersey LPN or RN license, at least five years of healthcare experience including work with at-risk youth, CPR certification, and an affinity for working with teens. The position offers paid training, medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, a 401(k), paid time off, and $61,000 in compensation, with a Monday-Friday schedule including one 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. day and on-call responsibilities.
