Rincon Family Services is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Substance Use Program in Chicago, IL. The LPN will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic and rehabilitative services such as crisis management, substance abuse treatment, medication management, and mental health support. Responsibilities include assisting with medical assessments, dispensing methadone, educating clients, transcribing physician's orders, participating in training, and adhering to strict privacy and regulatory standards.
