Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in Pine Mountain, Georgia, with an 8AM–8PM and 8PM–8AM schedule and $25 per hour. The role provides nursing services, medication administration, health assessments, care coordination, training, and advocacy for individuals with brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and emotional or behavioral disabilities. Applicants need an associate’s degree or related field, state certificate, one year of nursing experience with the population served, current state LPN or LVN licensure, a driver’s license, and required certifications.
