Description
Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses for 12-hour 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts. The role supervises direct care of senior residents and nursing personnel, manages medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, and provides direct care and nursing rounds. An active, unrestricted Tennessee LPN license is required; at least six months of long-term-care experience is preferred.
