Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 105-week contract assignment for a client in Bronx, New York. The role provides medication administration, specimen collection, nursing treatments, patient assessment, safety checks, crisis intervention, documentation, and other assigned duties. Shifts include day, night, and evening schedules, with pay of $35–$38 per hour on W2. Applicants must hold a valid New York State LPN license, be able to work weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts, and complete required background and screening processes.
