Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a one-year temporary contract assignment at N 2665 County Rd QQ, King, Wisconsin 54946. The full-time role provides direct and indirect care to 50 to 60 geriatric and/or disabled members under RN direction and includes medication administration, LPN-level procedures, tube feedings, catheterizations, sterile dressing changes, suctioning, tracheostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and specialized skin care.
