Community Health Care Inc is hiring a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse in Wildwood, New Jersey to provide friendly, professional, high-quality nursing care in a team-based, patient-centered medical home. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, vital signs, charting, triage/callback duties, stocking supplies, maintaining logs, and supporting infection control and HIPAA compliance. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a current State Board of Nursing license, have CPR certification, and ideally have 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and EMR skills.
