Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor in Mayo Clinic's Consultative Medicine Clinic. Duties include patient visits, health-history and medication reviews, immunization administration, nutrition assessments, blood-pressure visits, telehealth interactions, prescription-discrepancy research, and prior-authorization support. The role requires a current LPN license, valid BLS certification, and applicable state licensure or specialty training; one year of LPN experience within the last five years is preferred.
