Elizabeth Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Elizabeth, West Virginia. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, document clinical information, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a current, unencumbered West Virginia LPN license, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand or walk for extended periods; skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred.
