Description
The LPN supports Proactive MD’s onsite wellness centers by assisting providers and registered nurses with treatments, documenting diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, prescriptions, laboratory and radiology orders, and medications. The role also includes interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, preparing examination rooms, performing basic clerical and inventory duties, and maintaining records. Required qualifications include an associate degree, active LPN or LVN certification, current BLS certification, at least one year of clinical LPN experience, blood-drawing ability, and HIPAA knowledge; occupational health and primary care experience is preferred.
