Stevens Treatment Programs is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse in Swansea, Massachusetts, to support adolescents and young adults in residential and congregate care programs. Working under the Nurse Manager, the LPN will assess and respond to health needs, provide screenings, monitoring, follow-up care, health education, wellness support, and medication administration, and provide backup on-call coverage. The role requires a current Massachusetts LPN license, at least two years of post-licensure experience, strong clinical and communication skills, and comfort working with adolescents facing mental health or behavioral challenges. Compensation is $32–$34 per hour, with backup on-call stipends and a benefits package.
