Hampden Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in a 135-bed subacute and long-term care facility. The LPN provides patient care, implements care plans, administers medications and prescribed treatments, monitors residents, documents care, and supports a therapeutic environment. Applicants must hold an active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license and BLS certification, and the role pays $34 to $43 per hour with health, vision, dental, retirement, referral, and other benefits.
