Complete Care at Brakeley Park is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for evening shifts and other shifts in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The role provides individualized care to senior residents, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, monitors and reports patient status, participates in quality improvement, and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
