Description
Encore at Foulk is hiring PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing on the night shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role provides resident care within the LPN scope of practice, including physical and clinical assessments, monitoring changes in resident condition, notifying physicians and families, transcribing orders, administering medications, and monitoring therapeutic and adverse effects. Applicants must hold a current Delaware LPN license and have graduated from an accredited LPN program.
