Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct resident care during the 3rd shift under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with resident treatments, collaborating with the nursing team, and managing documentation. An active Illinois LPN license is required, while long-term care experience is preferred.
