Description
The LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) provides direct and indirect acute-care patient care, implements nursing care plans, performs phlebotomy, administers medications and treatments, and contributes to care planning. The role requires a high school degree or GED, completion of an accredited LPN program, current LPN licensure or applicant status, and one year of clinical patient-care experience; BLS, EPIC EHR training, and Basic Arrhythmia training are preferred or required depending on the unit.
