Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-focused nursing care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The role includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs and resident conditions, implementing care plans, documenting clinically, supporting CNA staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. AM and PM shifts are available full-time, part-time, or PRN, while NOC shifts are part-time or PRN.
