Glens Falls Hospital Physician Practice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide outpatient office-based nursing care. The role includes patient intake, vital signs, medical history documentation, phlebotomy, immunizations and injections, EKGs, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing, IV management, provider support, telephone triage, EHR documentation, quality-control activities, and clinical supply audits. The position requires completion of an accredited LPN program, current New York practical nursing licensure and registration, and current BLS and Infection Control certifications or obtaining them at hire.
