The role provides direct patient care, monitors vital signs, performs wound care and mobility assistance, administers medications and treatments, conducts injections, venipuncture, and ECGs, develops care plans, documents patient progress, and coordinates with the healthcare team. Wisconsin LPN licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required; one year of acute care or long-term care experience is preferred.
