Benchmark is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in a home-like senior living environment. The role includes assessing and documenting resident status, reporting health changes, supervising and mentoring Resident Care Assistants, coordinating care with community providers, supporting resident independence, preventing elder abuse, and responding to emergencies. The position offers day, night, and weekend schedules, with weekends required for full-time employment, and requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and graduation from an approved LPN program.
