Description
Benchmark is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in a home-like senior living environment. The role includes assessing and documenting resident status, reporting health changes, supervising and mentoring Resident Care Assistants, coordinating care with community providers, supporting resident independence, preventing elder abuse, and responding to emergencies. Applicants must hold a current state LPN license and CPR certification, graduate from an approved LPN program, and preferably have 1–2 years of nursing experience or prior experience working with the elderly.
