Gallagher Hospice is hiring a full-time, hourly Licensed Practical Nurse for hospice care. The role provides compassionate end-of-life patient care, follows individualized care plans, documents care accurately, educates patients and families, manages pain and symptoms, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, have at least one year of nursing experience, hold an active LPN license, and have strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
