Description
Optima Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, person-centered care to residents in a senior living and continuing care setting. Reporting to the Director of Care, the role includes medication administration, clinical assessments, care-plan support, documentation, interdisciplinary communication, resident education, equipment and supply reporting, incident reporting, infection control, and support for Health Care Aides and new team members. The available shift is Friday and Saturday from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, and the position requires an approved nursing school graduate, a current BC College of Nurses and Midwives license, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
