Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to veterans in a clinic, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, diagnostic testing, specimen collection, electronic medical record documentation, patient education, and coordination with the primary care team. The role requires an accredited practical or vocational nursing diploma or certificate, at least one year of LPN/LVN experience in primary care or ambulatory care, VA credentialing, current BLS and ACLS certification, English proficiency, and strong EMR skills.
