Sheridan Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for older adult residents in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role includes safely administering medications and treatments, monitoring health status and vital signs, developing and documenting care plans, supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, and maintaining a safe and compassionate resident environment. An active Wisconsin LPN license is required, while new graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $32.00–$40.70 per hour, with a $3.00 per hour differential for PM and NOC shifts, and benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings, and other employee benefits.
