Description
PureHealth is hiring an LPN for a post-acute setting to provide individualized nursing care under RN delegation, including medication administration, IV therapy within scope, care planning, documentation in the EMR, patient education, communication with the interdisciplinary team, and compliance with infection control and HIPAA policies. The role requires a valid LPN or RN license, CPR certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program, and prefers at least one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility.
