Description
PureHealth is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a post-acute care setting. The LPN provides individualized preventative, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and emergency nursing care under Registered Nurse direction or delegation; administers medications and limited IV therapy within scope; documents care and teaching in the EMR; communicates changes and care plans to patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams; supports infection control, HIPAA compliance, staff development, and supply readiness. The role requires an accredited LPN program, a valid state-appropriate LPN license, current CPR certification, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a physically active facility-based environment.
