Maplewood Health Care Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Jackson, Tennessee. The LPN will oversee CNA daily activities, support resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, assess resident conditions, administer physician-ordered medications, maintain and update care plans, report changes in condition, protect confidential health information, and complete other assigned clinical or administrative duties. Applicants must hold a current unrestricted Tennessee LPN license and current CPR/BLS certification.
