Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for its long-term care team, with all shifts available across part-time and full-time schedules. The role involves providing nursing care to long-term care residents, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with care standards. An active LPN license is required, while long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required; new LPNs are welcome and training is provided.
