Description
The Resource Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Celoron A certified residential program in Chautauqua County. The LPN provides skilled nursing care, medication and treatment administration, health monitoring, clinical documentation, emergency treatment, staff health training, and direct support to residents with disabilities. The role requires New York State LPN licensure or eligibility, CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to assist with lifting and transfers. Shifts may be first, second, or third based on resident needs.
